Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

 

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Please email amy@nutritionaltherapypgh.com to reschedule.

 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment cannot be rescheduled and will not be refunded.

 

If completed intake forms are not returned/submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the appointment, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Refunds

 

All services are non-refundable, and expire 12 months after date of purchase. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to receive intake forms and book an appointment.

 

If there is a special circumstance where a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.​
